Origins

Giotto Wine Lab was set up in 2009 as a laboratory for the analysis of wine and soil to assist the wine- and vine-related studies and consultancy service provided by GiottoConsulting.

Giotto Wine Lab Today

Today, Giotto Wine Lab is a certified laboratory carrying out more than 250,000 analyses a year on wines and soils from companies all over the world. Giotto Wine Lab is also heavily committed to training, offering Italian and international technicians and students the chance to acquire competences and experience.

Research and development

It houses the GiottoConsulting Research & Development division, which over the past few years has become a benchmark for many other companies in this sector.
